Restorations that sit on your implant.
If you already have dental implants placed, we handle the restoration — the crown, bridge, or denture that sits on top — here in the office. A natural-looking, secure result.
A dental implant is two pieces: the titanium post surgically anchored into the bone (usually placed by an oral surgeon), and the restoration on top that people actually see (a crown, a bridge, or an implant-supported denture). We focus on the second half.
Once your implant has healed and integrated with the bone, Dr. Blackhurst takes an impression, orders a restoration crafted to match your surrounding teeth, and fits it onto the implant abutment. The result feels and functions like a natural tooth.
Implant-supported restorations tend to last a very long time with good hygiene — often decades. And unlike a traditional bridge, they don't require reshaping neighboring teeth.
